National Training Camp of Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Philippines 2015 presented by Alaska

Six young players topped the Regional Selection Camp of Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Philippines 2015 presented by Alaska held at University of Perpetual Help System in Biñan, Laguna Philippines last March 1, 2015.

The four Jr. NBA and two Jr. WNBA players who made it to the National Training Camp will play at PICC Forum in Roxas Boulevard, Manila from April 24-26, 2015.  They were selected based on Jr. NBA and Jr. WNBA core values of Sportsmanship, Teamwork, a positive Attitude and Respect

The NTC finalists from South Luzon were chosen by the Jr. NBA evaluation committee headed by Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA head coach Chris Sumner and PBA Legend Jeffrey Cariaso of the Alaska Power Camp.

“We found many basketball talents here with good skills, athleticism and great fundamentals. I was impressed with their desire. My advice to them is to practice, practice, practice, and to always be hungry. Not everyone has the chance to be here. They should make the most of it and live the STAR values,” said Coach Chris Sumner.

Regional Selection Camp Schedule

March 7 and 8 – Ateneo de Iloilo in Iloilo City

March 14 and 15 – St. Louis University in Baguio City

MArch 21 and 22 – St. John Institute in Bacolod City

March 28 and 29 – University of the Immaculate Conception in Davao City

April 11 and 12 – PICC Forum in Manila
